Rujira Deployment Multisig

This multisig comprising Rujira core team members (Hans, Brett, PM, Mark) has been whitelisted by THORChain node operators to store code. Any team building on Rujira can “apply” to have their code stored by creating a proposal that the multisig members will have to approve. There is a 100 USDC deposit required to create a proposal, to prevent spam. The deposit is automatically refunded once the proposal has been successfully approved.
