Why does this rate differ from Binance or Coinbase?
Centralized exchanges set prices via order books across many markets. THORChain is a standalone AMM — its rate reflects only its own liquidity. Small deviations are normal; large gaps usually mean liquidity is thin on one side of the pair and arbitrageurs haven't closed the gap yet.
